Who We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a Creative Director with strong branding, advertising, and strategic experience to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and ready to bring bold, smart thinking to every project.

 

Your Responsibilities:

​

• Lead and develop branding & advertising strategies for global tech & Pharma clients

• Direct creative teams on multi-channel campaigns, digital marketing, social media, UX/UI, and content creation

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

• Work closely with clients, copywriters, and designers to bring ideas to life

• Manage projects from concept to execution

 

What You Bring:

​

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in branding, advertising, and creative direction
✔ Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, UX/UI, copywriting, and team leadership
✔ Experience working with international clients & cross-cultural teams
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics
✔ Hebrew (Proficient), English (Fluent) – must be able to work in both languages
✔ EU citizenship or work permit for Germany – preferred
